Join us for a day retreat of exploring what it means to age well. In the contemplative spirit of creativity and love, we want to discover joy in the aging process. Through the use of artwork and poetry, words and research, we will look at aging in its beauty and losses. We address wisdom and resiliency as some tools that shape the journey in getting older. It’s never too soon to prepare. While this retreat is geared towards those concerned with aging, it applies to any of us who are getting older.
To know how to grow old is the masterwork of wisdom,
and one of the most difficult chapters in the great art of living.
Henri Amiel (1821-1881)
