Metanoia in Motion: A Journey of Conversion Through Body and Spirit
Discover a deeper appreciation for your body as a good and sacred gift from God. This retreat-workshop invites adults 50 and over to reflect on physical health with clarity, compassion, and faith. Through gentle guided movement and simple functional assessments, participants will gain greater awareness of their current mobility, build confidence, and better understand both their strengths and limitations.
The workshop concludes with an accessible mobility session, offering practical tools to support daily movement and care of the body—rooted in hope, wisdom, and respect for the life God has entrusted to us.
All levels of mobility and activity are warmly welcomed.
Participants are invited to come just as they are, with curiosity, openness, and respect for the unique body God has given them.
