Modern Mystics is a contemplative book group in which we read and discuss books by both modern and classical mystics. If you enjoy learning from and reading works by mystics such as Richard Rohr, Thomas Keating, Thomas Merton, Ilia Delio, Thich Nhat Hanh, Teilhard de Chardin, Eckhart, Teresa of Avila, Julian of Norwich, Caussade, The Cloud of Unknowing, Rumi, Rilke, etc., this might be the group for you.

The book chosen for this fall quarter is: Falling Upwards: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life by Richard Rohr. In Falling Upwards Father Richard offers a simple and deeply helpful framework for seeing the whole spiritual life, as we look ahead and look back on our experiences so far.
