Spend a day exploring Buddhist mindfulness meditation and Christian contemplative prayer. Participants will discover how the gifts of both traditions can deepen their own practice of prayer and meditation. Periods of silence, teaching, group meditation, and time enjoying the beauty of nature will be components of this retreat.

Paul Rietmann is a retired Episcopal priest and spiritual director. He serves as assistant for contemplative ministries at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Lakewood, WA. Dedicated to the contemplative path, Paul is active in interfaith meditation and dialogue. Learn more about Paul Rietmann
