This sheep was knit by both Sister Damaris and Sister Dorothy. The fleece from sheep Charlie and sheep Alexandra from the Christianson farm was spun by Sister Mary. After it was assembled it was felted by Sister Monika. The differences in the rate of felting between different types of fleece cause lots of surprises. Sister Dorothy had these ears perfectly placed… and here it turns out one is higher than the other! And that is what makes this sheep so attractive. It has a purple collar and a brass bell.
