Sister Monika, a Zentangle Certified Teacher, offers hand-drawn originals for the home, office or anywhere!  These miniatures add interest and intricate beauty to any space. This particular image of a tree and its hanging branch was inspired by a meditation on humility.  How can we stand beside such a magnificent part of God’s creation without feeling humble?  The piece began with black ink on white paper.  Color and depth were added with chalk pencils and graphite.  It is mounted on a rich medium brown.
