Roy DeLeon is an Oblate of St. Placid Priory. He has painted and then digitally reproduced scenes from the monastery grounds of St. Placid. In the 1960’s Charlotte Bingaman, a devoted friend, designed and created a set of Stations of the Cross for the new community, These carved and painted plaques were used in the Priory Chapel until a ceramic set was acquired. Then this set was nailed to trees along a path in the woods. Eventually they were installed on the path around the buildings.
